Reyes brings over 20 years of experience leading global creative teams and driving innovation across corporate and academic environments. As an Assistant Professor at Columbia College Chicago, she pioneers inclusive design strategies and 3D digital transformation in higher education, including launching the industry's first Adaptive Fashion course.
Reyes's corporate leadership spans Fortune 500 companies, including Coach, Ralph Lauren, and The Walt Disney Company, where she directed world-class product development teams and managed strategic partnerships with premium brands. This unique combination of industry expertise and educational innovation positions her at the forefront of universal adaptive fashion development.
Reyes specializes in bridging the gap between theoretical design principles and practical implementation, helping brands create truly inclusive products that serve diverse communities. Reyes's comprehensive understanding of global manufacturing processes, combined with deep expertise in universal design principles, enables brands to develop universal fashion solutions that are both functional and commercially viable.

Jordan Ping
Jessica Ping is a disabled fashion expert, speaker, and consultant based in downtown Chicago. Born with a rare genetic condition called CHILD Syndrome, Jessica brings a deeply personal and professional lens to her work in adaptive and inclusive fashion. With years of experience as a model, content creator, and advocate, she has collaborated with major brands like Google, Meta, Marshalls, and Liberare to center disability in their storytelling, product design, and marketing strategies.
She has modeled at London Fashion Week, consulted with fashion design students at Columbia College Chicago, and was featured in British Vogue, USA Today, and the BBC.
Jess's lived experience helps fashion and retail businesses implement universal design, improve representation, and create more inclusive, accessible customer experiences—both online and in-store.
With a strong background in public speaking and media, Jess is known for her ability to turn education into action and help brands reflect the world as it truly is: diverse, dynamic, and beautifully human.
